Shipping policy

Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours of purchase (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

You will receive an email notification as soon as your package is shipped.

During peak periods, order preparation may take up to 72 hours.

Delivery within the European Union: flat shipping fee of €7 (or free for orders over €60).

For deliveries outside the EU, customs or import charges may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

We want you to love your jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return period for all items within the European Union.

To return an item from the EU:

For returns from outside the EU, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please use a tracked parcel.

Once we receive your returned package, we will process your refund within 15 business days using the original payment method.

Jewelry must be in perfect condition, unworn, and not previously returned for repair.

Items must be returned within 30 days of the order date.

Note: We do not accept exchanges. To get a different item, please return your order and place a new one.
